Accounts
You need an account for most of the activities that take place on our platform. Please keep your password safe, because you will be responsible for all activities associated with your account. In order to use the online support platform, you must be of legal age to use the online services in your country.
You need an account for all activities that take place on our platform, including purchasing a membership. When setting up and maintaining your account, you must provide accurate and complete information at all times, including a valid email address. You take full responsibility for the account and everything that happens on it, including any damage or injury (suffered by us or anyone else) caused by someone using your account without your permission. This means that you must be careful with your password. You cannot transfer your account to someone else, or use someone else’s account without their permission. If you share your credentials to log into the account with someone else, you will assume full responsibility for what happens with your account, and BTC will not intervene in conflicts that may occur between clients, colleagues or instructors who have shared their login credentials. login to account. Membership purchase
When you purchase a membership we provide you with a license to view BTC content through the services of our online support platform, but for no other use. Do not attempt to transfer or resell the courses in any way. We grant you an annual access license, except when we must deactivate content for reasons of renewal or expiration.

We provide an annual access license to our users when they purchase a membership. Payments, credits
When you make a payment, you agree to the use of a valid payment method. If you are not satisfied with the platform, BTC offers a period of 90 days for the refund or return of the amount.
Prices
We periodically run promotions and sales for our memberships, and some memberships are only available at discounted prices for a certain period of time. The price that is applied to a membership will be the price in force at the time the purchase of this is finalized (when going through the final checkout box).
When you have logged into your account, the currency displayed is a conversion from US dollar to Mexican peso, taking as a parameter the exchange rate of the day published by the Bank of Mexico plus the sum of the Value Added Tax (VAT). We do not allow users to view prices in other currencies.
If you are a user located in a country where sales and use taxes, taxes on the consumption of goods and services or IVA (Value Added Tax) apply to consumer sales, we assume responsibility to collect and remit said taxes to the corresponding tax authorities. In certain countries, the price shown includes these taxes.
Payments
You agree to pay the fees for the membership you purchase, and you authorize us to charge your debit or credit card for such fees. BTC works with third-party payment processing partners to offer you the most convenient payment methods in your country and to keep your payment information safe.
When you make a purchase, you agree that you must not use an invalid or unauthorized payment method. If an error occurs with your payment method, but you still gain access to the membership, you agree to pay us the applicable fees within thirty (30) days of receiving our notification. We reserve the right to disable access to any content, course, or membership for which we have not received proper payments.
Content and behavior rules

You assume full responsibility for the content you publish, as well as the actions you take and their consequences, through the platform and services. Make sure you understand all copyright restrictions on BTC content.
We may cancel or suspend your permission to use our platform and our services, or ban your account at any time with or without prior notice, for the following reasons: if there is any violation of these conditions, if you do not pay the fees corresponding to your due time, at the request of legal authorities or government agencies, for extended periods of inactivity, for unexpected technical problems, or if we suspect that you are carrying out fraudulent or illegal activities. BTC's rights regarding the content it publishes

BTC rights

All rights, titles and interests related to the BTC platform and services, including our website, our existing or future services and applications, as well as our APIs, our databases and the content that our employees or partners submit or provide through our services are and will remain the property of BTC and its licensors. Our platforms and services are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws of both the United Mexican States and other countries. Nothing gives you the right to use the BTC name or the trademark, logos, domain names and other distinctive features of the BTC brand. All comments or suggestions that you provide in relation to BTC or the services are completely voluntary, and we will have complete freedom to make use of such comments and suggestions in any way that we see fit and without incurring any obligation to you.
You cannot do any of the following when accessing or using the BTC platform and services:
- Access the non-public areas of the platform, the BTC computer systems or the technical distribution systems of the BTC service providers, nor manipulate or use them.
- Deactivate, interfere with or attempt to circumvent any of the functions of the security-related platforms, as well as explore, analyze and test the vulnerability of our systems.
- Copy, modify, create a derivative work, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover any source code or content on the BTC platform or services.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (and our group companies, suppliers, partners and agents) will not assume any liability for indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages (including loss of data, income, profits or business opportunities, or any personal injury or death) that may arise from contract, warranty, tort, product liability or otherwise, and even if we have been previously notified of the possibility of such damages occurring.
Compensation
If you behave in a way that gives rise to legal problems for us, we can take legal action against you. Your indemnification obligations will remain in effect after the termination of these Conditions and your use of the services.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, nullifying any choice of law or conflict of law principles. In those cases where the “Dispute Resolution” section below does not apply, both you and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts.
Legal actions and notices
Neither party may initiate an action, regardless of its form, under this Agreement more than one (1) year after the date the right of action arises. Any notice or any other communication that must be carried out hereby will be made in writing and by certified mail with acknowledgment of receipt, or by email (we will use the email address associated with your account, and you will use the address contacto@btconsortium.com).
Relationship between us
Both you and we agree that there is no joint venture, partnership, employment, contractor, or agency relationship between us.
Forbidden assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms (or the rights and licenses granted under them). For example, if you have registered an account as an employee of a company, your account cannot be transferred to another employee. We may assign these Terms (or the rights and licenses granted thereunder) without restriction. Nothing in these Conditions confers any right, benefit or recourse to any person or external entity. You agree that your account is non-transferable and that all rights related to your account or these Terms end when you die.
Conflict resolution
If there is a conflict, our Support Team will be happy to help you resolve it. If this measure does not work and you live in Mexico, your options are limited to going to the courts of first instance or filing a claim. You cannot file your claim in another court or participate in a non-individual class action against us.
Courts of first instance
Both you and we can file a claim in the courts of first instance in:
(a) Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico
(b) The country in which you live, or
(c) Any other location that we agree to between us, provided that such court meets the necessary requirements to present the claim.
Arbitration
If we are unable to resolve our dispute amicably, both you and BTC accept the resolution of any claim related to these conditions (or our other legal conditions) through a final and binding arbitration process, regardless of the type of claim or legal theory. . If one of us files a claim in a court that must be submitted to arbitration and the other party rejects it, the other party can request that a court force both parties to initiate such arbitration (binding arbitration). Either party can request that a court stop a judicial process while an arbitration process is in progress.
Arbitration process
Any dispute related to a claim of less than $ 10,000 USD must be resolved exclusively through a non-binding arbitration process. The party that selects the arbitration must initiate the procedure by registering a demand for arbitration in the Arbitration Association of Mexico. The arbitration process will be governed by the commercial arbitration rules, the consumer process protocol (and the complementary procedures for the resolution of disputes in consumer matters of the Arbitration Association of the United Mexican States.
Both you and we agree that the following rules will apply to the proceedings: (a) the arbitration will be conducted by phone, online, or only through written submissions (at the option of the party seeking remedial action); (b) arbitration does not must include the personal appearance of the parties or witnesses (unless you and we agree otherwise); and (c) the award rendered by the arbitrator may be presented in any court with competent jurisdiction. Disputes related to a claim of more than 10,000 USD must be resolved by the rules of the Arbitration Association of the United Mexican States. The arbitration hearing must be held in person.
Participation in group actions is prohibited
Both you and we agree that we can only bring claims against each other individually. This means the following:
- a) Neither of us may bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in a class action, consolidated action, or representative action
- b) An arbitrator cannot combine the claims of several people in a single case (or preside over any consolidated, class or representative action)
- c) The decision or award of an arbitrator in the case of one person can only have an impact on that user, not on other users, and cannot be used to make a decision regarding the conflicts of other users. If a court decides that this clause (“Participation in group actions is prohibited”) is not applicable or valid, this section “Dispute resolution” will be considered null and void, but the rest of the conditions will remain in effect.
Changes
Regardless of what is stipulated in the “Updating of these Conditions” section below, if BTC makes any changes in the “Dispute Resolution” section after the date on which you confirmed your acceptance of these conditions, you can reject this change; To do this, you must provide BTC with a written notice stating this rejection. By rejecting the changes, you agree that you will arbitrate any dispute between you and BTC in accordance with the provisions included in the “Dispute Resolution” section from the date you indicated your acceptance of these conditions.
Updating of these Conditions
From time to time, we may update these terms to clarify our practices or reflect new or different practices. BTC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or make changes to these conditions at any time. If we make a material change, we will notify you by one of the primary means: for example, by sending you an email notice to the address specified in your account or by posting the notice through our services. Unless otherwise stated, modifications will take effect on the day they are posted.
