Business Transformation Consortium (BTConsortium) is a membership-based consortium, dedicated to guiding as well as accompanying the CEO’s, Transformation Directives and their Directive Committees, in developing the ability to transform their company, in a continuous and integral manner.
Those who form part of BTConsortium have more than 25 years of experience in the transformation of companies starting from consultant perspectives and executives, to CEO’s.Â

Pedro Padierna
President of the BTConsortium Council of Members
Pedro is an admired legend in the business world in Mexico. After initiating his career at Procter & Gamble, he acquired countless responsibilities inside PepsiCo to become Chairman of the Board and CEO of PepsiCo Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean and Gatorade Mexico. Indra Nooyi, CEO of PepsiCo, has recognized him on several occasions and granted him with one of the biggest challenges the company has ever faced: To Integrate PepsiCo companies into one big company that became an example for the whole corporation. Pedro led this operation bringing great results and created an operative model based on categories, a model which then was integrated globally by the corporation. One of Pedro’s most recognized achievements and abilities is his talent for development, as he has been characterized for being a leader, Vice-president, entrepreneur and CEO catalyzer. Pedro retired in 2018 from PepsiCo and now is a member of several business boards, academics and non-profits; is co-founder and presides over the Members Board of BTConsortium.

Santiago Galván
Secretary of the members' council
Santiago has been an independent professional for most of his career where for more than twenty-five years has been recognized in the fiscal and patrimonial business in Mexico. His achievements in strategy, management and fiscal litigant has led him to be positioned as the right hand of many business owners. Nowadays, he is working as a CEO in Santiago Galvan y CompañÃa, S.C. and is Chief of the Members Board.

Friné Calderón
Methodology and Accompaniment Manager
She has focused in Project Administration, the standardization processes in plants globally and in Cultural and Organizational Transformations. Friné also designed the first ever model to change in staff areas at a transnational company; he developed different tools to generate results in work by processes in several companies with international scope; she designed Productivity Models including methodology, cultural strategy and teamwork, resulting in several financial benefits. Friné has participated in several designs and implementations of practices of Directive Committee, Forums and Governability. In her career she has collaborated in CEMEX, PepsiCo and she has developed alongside a wonderful career as an entrepreneur.
Today he is the Methodology Manager and Accompaniment responsible for the investigation and updating of the BTConsortium Methodology and a member of the Executives Committee.
